ZynTrail

An assistant that reads your documents, not the internet

It writes replies from your delivery terms, your price list and your manuals. You decide how independently it works.

Included in the Pro and Enterprise plans.

You don’t need an account with an AI provider

Teams expect this to be the hard part, and it isn’t. The provider, the key and the model are our job and come with the plan. You don’t sign up anywhere, top up credits or paste keys into your settings.

You decide whether the assistant is on, which mode it works in, what it knows about your business and which signature its replies go out with.

What it does

  • Drafts a reply

It reads the ticket and your documents and writes a reply in the customer’s language, for an agent to check.

  • Answers from what you gave it

It searches your document vault and knowledge base first and answers from what it finds. That’s the difference between an assistant that helps and one that only sounds convincing.

  • Works to a schedule

It can reply on its own only outside business hours, only at weekends, or never. You set the hours.

  • Sums up long conversations

It boils a long exchange down to a few lines, so a colleague can pick up the case without reading everything from the start.

  • Marks what it wrote

Everything the assistant writes is marked — on the ticket and in the customer’s timeline. You can always tell what a person wrote and what AI wrote.

  • Switches off with one button

One switch for the whole company. When it’s off, the assistant does nothing.

Modes

You decide how much it does on its own

Before it writes anything, the assistant searches your knowledge base and the documents in the vault. How much of the work it does by itself is up to you — one setting for the whole company.

  • ManualThe assistant only works when someone on your team asks it to.
  • With approvalAI writes the draft; an agent reviews it and sends it.
  • AutomaticAI replies on its own, but only during the hours you set — nights and weekends, for example.

Included in the Pro and Enterprise plans.

Where the data goes, in plain words

To write a reply, the assistant sends the ticket text and the relevant parts of your documents to the AI provider. With OpenAI, the data is transferred to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses. That is a legal decision, not just a technical one.

It’s set out in the data processing terms. The assistant can be switched off entirely for your company. If this matters to your customers, raise it in the demo — it affects which plan makes sense for you.

Questions about the assistant

Will it send something to a customer without us seeing it?

Only if you set it up that way. In Manual mode it works only when an agent asks it to. In With approval mode, an agent reviews every draft before it goes out. In Automatic mode it sends on its own, but only during the hours you’ve allowed.

What does it know about our business?

What you give it: the documents in the vault, the articles in the knowledge base and the description of your company that you write yourself.

It doesn’t learn from your tickets in the background and it doesn’t search the internet.

Which language does it reply in?

The language the customer wrote in. An agent reviews the draft before it’s sent, unless you’ve switched on Automatic mode.

Can we use our own model?

Not on the standard plans. The provider and the model come with the plan, which keeps the price predictable.

If you have a specific requirement, tell us: it can be set up separately for your company.
